Cantilever storage shelves are one of many types of storage shelves.  It adopts column and cantilever structure and is suitable for storage of long materials, plates, ring materials and irregular goods.

Cantilever storage shelves are made of special profile columns and high-strength cantilever, suitable for storing long materials, ring materials, plates and irregular materials.  The front cantilever can be single-sided or double-sided, with light structure and strong bearing capacity. The maximum bearing capacity of a single arm can reach 500kg.  The special reinforced column structure can withstand the pressure of 2000~3000kg.  The design back pull increases the overall stability of the cargo frame, convenient installation and complete accessories.  The combined structure and special profile column increase the stability after design. Cantilever storage shelves use special profiles as the base, two C-shaped steel back-to-back joint steel plates are welded together, and the width of the connecting steel plate is the width of the column.  After the welding of the two pieces of C-shaped steel is completed, connect the bolt holes to the positions of the connecting columns and then to the columns.  The bottom plate is welded on the bottom plate to facilitate the connection between expansion bolts and the ground.


Cantilever storage rack columns are welded together by two pieces of C-shaped steel.  C section steel is made of Q235 high quality steel strip.  After rolling the rolling line into C-shaped steel, cantilever connection control is stamped out on an automatic punching machine.  Hole spacing is 140 mm.  Weld a steel plate under the column, for example by connecting H-beams.  If a special profile connection is used, the connection part below the column will be opened.  Bolt connection hole.


Production Technology of Cantilever Storage Shelf;


The base of cantilever storage shelf can be made of H-beam or special profile.  According to the load-bearing requirements, H-shaped steel is selected, and national standard steel is selected accordingly.  Open the stud on the H-beam, which is easily connected to the chromatographic column.  The bottom side is welded on the bottom plate, and the expansion bolt holes are opened on the bottom plate to facilitate connecting the shelf to the ground through the expansion bolts.  Repair the shelves.  Cantilever storage shelves are usually made of two materials.




Cantilever storage shelf manufacturing materials:


1. Production with square tubes: According to the loading requirements of corresponding cantilever layers, cantilever storage shelves first select square tubes that meet the layering requirements, cut them into required sizes, and weld anti-skid protection plates at one end.
And the other end is welded and connected to the U-shaped column connector.


2. Made of C-shaped steel: According to the load requirements of the corresponding cantilever layer, the cantilever storage shelf firstly selects the specifications of C-shaped steel. After selection, two pieces of C-shaped steel are butt welded. After welding, the welding slide plate is welded to the U-shaped column connector at the other end.


Cantilever storage shelf columns and column members are connected by connecting rods, which are usually made of rectangular tubes.  In order to improve safety and stability, it is necessary to pull the flat iron back on the connecting rod to pull the special puller.  This column can be tightly fixed.

All cantilever storage shelf components are semi-finished products after production and will be sprayed through the final process.  Before injection molding, the shot blasting machine performs shot blasting, degreasing, derusting, and then injection molding.  Shipment after completion.
